MBTI® STEP II TEAM WORKSHOPS · GREATER CLEVELAND, OH

Help Your Team Understand How It Works Best

Bring the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step II™ assessment to your team for a friendly, practical workshop on communication, decision-making, change, and conflict. Led by a Certified MBTI® Practitioner in Greater Cleveland or online.

Your team will leave with a shared language for talking about differences and practical ideas for working together.

A clear, welcoming way for teams to understand differences and work better together.

What is the MBTI® Assessment?

The MBTI® assessment helps people understand their natural preferences: where they focus their energy, how they take in information, how they make decisions, and how they approach the outer world. It is not a test, and no type is better than another. It gives a team a shared, neutral language for talking about differences. It is for understanding and development, never for hiring or evaluating people.

How Teams Use It

Your Step II™ report applies results to four everyday parts of working together:

  • Communication: how people prefer to give and receive information

  • Decision-making: why some people want to talk it through and others want time to think

  • Change: how different people approach and respond to change

  • Conflict: seeing a difference in approach as a difference in preference, not a flaw

Why Step II™?

Step I™ gives each person a four-letter type. Step II™ goes a level deeper, looking at 20 facets that show how two people with the same four letters can still be quite different. For a team, that means a more detailed and useful picture of who is in the room.

Who Is This For?

Department teams, leadership teams, nonprofits, school and library staff, small businesses, committees, and teams that are new or changing. If people work together, there is something here for them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a hiring or evaluation tool? No. This workshop is for understanding and development. Taking the assessment and sharing results are voluntary, and individual results stay private unless a person chooses to share them.

How is this different from a free online quiz? Free quizzes aren’t the official MBTI® instrument and don’t include a Certified Practitioner to help your team interpret and use the results.

How long is the workshop? Three hours, plus about 30 minutes for each person to complete the assessment beforehand. A shorter version is available on request.

What size teams do you work with? Teams of about 6 to 15 work best for an interactive session. Larger groups can be arranged.

Do you come to us? Yes. I work in person throughout Greater Cleveland and by video anywhere online. [Confirm any travel fee and how far you will travel.]

What do we need to prepare? Your team’s email addresses and a room (or a video link). I handle the assessment and everything else.

Can individuals get their own session afterward? Yes. One-on-one feedback sessions are available as an add-on.

Brandy Cario, Certified MBTI Practitioner

A smiling woman with shoulder-length blond hair in a bright room with houseplants and a window.

Welcome! I’m Brandy, a Certified MBTI® Practitioner and Greater Cleveland local. For years I heard people talk about personality types, but when I finally took the MBTI® assessment myself, it clicked: I finally had clear, accurate language for how my mind naturally works. That spark inspired me to become certified.

Today I help teams use that same clarity to communicate better, make decisions together, and work through differences. My workshops are friendly, practical, and never about putting anyone in a box. [Add one or two lines about your professional background if you’d like it to build trust with employers.]

I also offer one-on-one feedback sessions. Curious how your team might benefit? Let’s talk.
